| 1. | This permission expires on the 24th February 2020 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the temporary dwelling shall be removed from the site.
The reason for this condition is :-
In order to retain control over the development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. Moreover, it has not been established that there is a functional need for a full-time worker to reside on the site on a permanent basis. |
| 2. | The occupation of the temporary accommodation hereby approved shall be limited to the owner(s) or manager/employee of the development approved by planning permission 06/09/0491/F or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her.
The reason for the condition is:-
The site lies outside any area in which the Local Planning Authority would normally permit residential development and permission has only been granted in this instance having regard to the particular need for a dwelling on this site. |
| 3. | The applicant, or his successor(s) in title, shall keep formal accounts for the livery and cattery operated from Fengate Farm. The accounts shall be independently audited and made available for the Local Planning Authority to consider if a subsequent application is made to renew the temporary consent for the temporary dwelling, or, if an application is made for a permanent dwelling on the application site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to enable the Local Planning Authority to be able to assess the financial viability of the business enterprise. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
