| 1. | This permission formally varies condition 2 of planning permission 06/13/0298/F in relation to the design subject to the remaining conditions from this planning permission. This includes condition 1 where the development must be begun not later than the 30 July 2016.

The applicant is reminded of the need to comply with the remaining conditions of planning permission 06/13/0735/F.
In the interests of clarity the revised drawing reference 13-1-1154 NPS-DR-A Rev p2 replaces 13-1-1154 NPS-DR-A 15 Rev P1 within condition 8.

| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policy HOU15 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
