1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 17th October 2014 with the exception of any works to the public highway which are not authorised by virtue of this permission and have been removed from the application by email dated the 11th December. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The development shall be carried out within the boundaries of the red line indicated on the revised site plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 11th December 2014 only. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
4.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- This permission does not grant consent for the display of any advertisements which would require express consent. No advertisements are to be displayed which require express consent prior to consent being granted by the Local Planning Authority.
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
6.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policies TR1 and TR2 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan.
