1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The acoustic fence shall be constructed and maintained thereafter to the exact specification detailed in the technical memorandum produced by Adrian James Acoustics Limited dated 12 September 2013 and submitted as part of the planning application. In particular, as per Section 3.2 of this report, the barrier must be constructed with:-
a) 25mm Exterior grade ply. (Please note the technical details for the specification submitted by the applicant detail 19mm ply which will not be adequate).
b) 50mm exterior grade Whisper insulation as detailed by the applicant. The insulation shall be secured with screws and washers and any gaps between the ply, especially where it joins the concrete gravel boards, shall be sealed correctly with, for example, a mastic sealant.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the fence is constructed to the appropriate standard. |
3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal will help to reduce noise from the shop premises and improve the environment for the occupiers of the adjoining dwellings. |
4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
