| 1. | This permission expires on the 1st October 2019 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and shall revert to Class B1 of the Schedule to the Town and County Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that order).
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall relate to Barn No.1 and Barn No.2 indicated on the plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 26th June 2014.

| 3. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 (or any order revoking and re-enacting the order) no advertisement shall be displayed on the site without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.

In the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policy SHP9 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
