| 1. | There shall be no rides or structures used on the site other than those specifically referred to in the applicant's letter dated 23rd April 1996 (received in connection with application 06/93/0377/CU) and no additional rides or structures shall be stationed at the site without the prior consent, of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 2. | The use hereby permitted shall not be open to customers outside the following times :- 9am to 9pm on any day. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the use does not prejudice the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policy REC1 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
