| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the details contained in planning permission 06/94/0244/F the use of the premises hereby permitted for the sale of hot food shall not be operated outside the hours of 07.30hrs to 22.00hrs Monday to Saturday and 08.00hrs to 19.00hrs on Sundays and Bank Holidays. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the surrounding area. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for the change of use of premises for the sale of hot food to take away in Policy SHP4 & SHP15 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
