| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with drawing no. 14.6775.07 received by the Local Planning Authority on 14th April 2014.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The main hall in the new building shall not be used outside the hours of 10.00 to 22.00 hours Monday to Saturday and 10.00 to 19.00 hours on Sundays for events with use of music save for thirteen days in any calendar year when the use can continue until midnight. Details of the days operated until this later time shall be kept in a register maintained by the Village Hall Committee at the premises which shall kept available for inspection by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby properties and to ensure the use of the premises until the later opening time can be controlled. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal seeks to provide additional community facilities and would therefore be in accordance with the aims of Policy REC9, NNV5, NNV6 & NNV7 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan and with the aims of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
