| 1. | This permission expires on 30th June 2019 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the buildings, concrete pads and any other structures associated with the use hereby permitted shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The existing access and site layout as configured shall be retained and not altered in any way without the prior consent, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:
In the interests of highway safety and visual amenities of the area.

| 3. | The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, flood risk assessment, Design & Access statement and plans numbered 011/001 & 011/003 unless otherwise submitted to and agreed in writing with the local planning authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the satisfactory appearance of the site and the ensure the safety of all users of the site. |
| 4. | The customer parking area as indicated on the submitted drawing shall kept available for that purpose at all times and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure the retention and availability of parking to serve the proposed use. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and, in particular policies EMP15 & EMP16. |
