1.	The proposal has not been accompanied by the necessary details of parking provision in accordance with the Council's adopted standards, necessary to serve the proposed development, together with no information showing the location of dropped kerbs to serve any areas of parking. Given the location of the site and its proximity to the existing highway roundabout the details are inadequate to enable the proposal to be assessed with regard to highway safety. In view of the foregoing the proposal is considered contrary to Policy TCM17 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
2.	The submitted details do not accurately portray the boundaries of the site at the north eastern and south eastern corners of the site and therefore appear to make use of land in the ownership of a third party which may impinge upon pedestrian safety on the adjacent highway footpath.
