1.	The parent planning permission has on file a letter form Dean Minns then Planning Manager dated 1st April 2014 when he advises that the proposed roof pitch and materials amendments are acceptable and that the letter may be taken as formal variation of 06/13/0049/F. The revised plans were received on 24th February 2014, the same date as the ones under this NMA application and are identical to each other. As the Council has issued its decision on 1st April 2014 on the revised plans under application 06/13/0049/F the NMA application was unnecessary at the time but this was not closed on the system. As the time period for determining this application/case in relation to in article 34(2) or (3) Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015/595 has expired without a decision being made by the Local Planning Authority and the time limit specified in article 37(2) has expired without any appeal having been made to the Secretary of State, the Local Planning Authority has determined that the application shall be treated as being "finally disposed of" in accordance with Article 40 (13) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015/595". Consequently, the application has now been recorded as "finally disposed of" and the file closed.
