| 1. | APPROVAL IN FULL of condition(s):
Condition 3 states -
No development shall take place until the design and operation of the go-karting track is submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The submitted details shall include the proposed design, layout and surfacing of the go-karting track and any tannoy systems proposed.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt.
This has been built out and built to an extent that officer consider it to be acceptable in accordance with the submitted details. Accordingly, this condition is discharged in full. |
| 2. | APPROVAL IN FULL of condition(s):
Condition 7 states -
No development shall take place until precise details of the location of the proposed ventilation and extraction systems are submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The submitted details shall include design, operation and maintenance of the system and shall be maintained in accordance with the details as agreed thereafter.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory installation and maintenance of the extraction system.
The Council's EHO responded to the details submitted by memo and considered them to be satisfactory and accordingly, this condition is discharged and the equipment shall be maintained in accordance with the details as agreed thereafter. |

Condition 8 states -
No development shall take place until precise details of the proposed decking, toilets, seating and tables are submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and for the interests of pedestrian/highway safety.
The details submitted including plans are acceptable. Accordingly, this condition is discharged in full. |
