| 1. | The flood response plan submitted with the application, including information regarding the availability of the Environment Agency's 'Floodline' flood warning scheme, shall be made available to users of the facility by means of fixed notices within the building. The reason for the condition is :- To minimise the risk to the occupants in the event of flooding. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The Local Planning Authority in granting consent for renewal of planning permission have had regard to the specific suitability of the unit to meet the applicant's requirements. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
