| 1. | This permission expires on 30th November 2018 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the portacabin and welding shelter shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The development shall be constructed with a minimum finished floor level of 3.29m AOD for the modular office building, and 3.12mAOD for the welding shed.
The reason for the condition is :-
To prevent an increased risk from flooding by flood water inundation of buildings. |
| 3. | A flood evacuation plan shall be submitted to and agreed, in writing with the Local planning Authority, before occupancy of any part of the proposed development.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the appropriate protection to the occupants. |
| 4. | Prior to occupancy of any part of the proposed development, the buildings should be securely anchored to the ground.
The reason for the condition is :-
To prevent an increased risk from fl;ooding due to ht e buildings becoming floating debris in a flood event. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the requirements of the applicant to meet the current needs to provide additional accommodation on the site |
