| 1. | This permission expires on 3rd April 2019 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the mobile home shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the building as this permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted by the Local Planning Authority. |
| 2. | The mobile home hereby permitted shall only be used by the occupiers of Applewood House, or their dependents, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling or let separately for holiday purposes. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted by the Local Planning Authority and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
