| 1. | This permission expires on 28th February 2015 and unless on or before this date application has been made for and extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the local planning authority the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, plans and supporting statement received by the local planning authority on 12th December 2013 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The barriers, tables and chairs hereby permitted shall not exceed the number (6 x tables & 12 x chairs) or the area of 2.2m x 8.4m shown in the plan numbered A125013/01P & A125013/03P03P. The barriers, tables and chairs shall be removed at the end of each trading day and stored securely within the building.

In order to prevent anti-social behaviour and ensure public safety. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of policy TR21 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
