| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application and plans received by the local planning authority on 29th November 2013 unless otherwise agreed in writing. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of policies BNV5 & BNV10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
