There shall be a mains-wired, Grade D interlinked fire detection and warning system connecting the proposed first floor studio flat to the domestic garages on the ground floor. LOCAL AIR QUALITY The site will potentially generate a significant amount of dust during the construction process. Therefore, the following measure should be employed:- An adequate supply of water that is protected from frost shall be available at all times for the suppressing of dust; Any mechanical cutting equipment employed is to be fitted with integral dust suppression; There should be no burning of any materials on site ADVISORY NOTE The applicant is strongly recommended to advise neighbouring residential occupiers of the proposals, together with contact details in the event of problems. BUILDING CONTROL There are issues with the means of escape (E.G. from the bedroom in the studio flat and this will need to be considered and addressed as will the separation (E.G. windows facing onto terrace but are possibly in the ownership of a third party), but ultimately this will be able to resolved and building regulations compliance will be achievable .
