| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the application forms and the approved plans Drawngs No 842/1 and 842/2 received by the local planning authority on 16 September 2013. The materials used in construction of the garden wall and extension shall match those used in the external elevations of the dwelling. The reason for the condition is :-For the avoidance of doubt and in accordance with the submitted details. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT:- In determining this planning application the Borough Council has approached it in a positive and proactive way in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework and where possible has sought solutions to problems to achieve the aim of approving sustainable development. |
