1.This permission expires on the 30th December 2014 and unless on or before this date an application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the catering unit shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short lived materials, in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
2.Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved a traffic management scheme shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Following the approval the scheme shall be carried out in accordance with the details approved and shall remain as approved for the duration of the use hereby permitted. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure that adequate measures are implemented to ensure the safety of persons using the car park.
3.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th December 2013 and all forms and documents received by the Local Planning Authority on the 4th November 2013. The cones indicated on the approved plan shall be in place as indicated on the approved plan at all times that the catering unit is open to the public. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of safety of the persons using the car park.
4.Notwithstanding condition 3 of this planning permission the catering unit hereby permitted shall not be open for business outside of the following hours, 09:00 - 20:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 - 16:00 on a Sunday. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties.
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
6.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The catering unit shall provide a useful facility for persons in the locality and using the existing store.
