The applicant's attention is drawn to the following advisory note from the Environmental Health Officer - The smokehouse which will form two of the bedrooms within the dwelling raises concerns that there potentially could be contamination within this area due to the processes involved and the contaminants associated with smokehouses. As there is a potential risk to human health you must therefore make yourself aware of the potential contaminants associated with smokehouses and explain how you will break the source, pathway, receptor link - for example the link may be broken by providing internal finishes within the old smokehouse.
