| 1. | The occupation of the caravan hereby permitted shall only be used for the accomodation of casual farm workers employed on the farm and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- The site lies outside any area in which the Local Planning Authority would normally permit such accommodation and permission has only been granted in this instance having regard to the particular need for the accommodation on the site. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- To enable the farm to meet the short term requirement for accommodation of casual employees. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
