| 1. | The seating area hereby permitted shall be kept entirely within the red line as shownh on the submitted plan dated 3rd October 2013. The use of the seating area shall only occur between the hours of 08:00 to 22:00 hours. The reason for the condition is :- for the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | All barriers and associated furniture shall be removed at the cease of trading (22:00 hours) and shall be safely stored and locked in a secure area. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of anti-social behaviour. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of policy TR21 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
