| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 16th May 2013.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site in accordance with the approved plans. |
| 2. | The caravan sales and display area hereby permitted shall extend no further than the area of the former golf course car park as indicated on the submitted plan, received by the Local Planning Authority on 16th May 2013.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that the area to be used for caravan display is no larger than the former car park, in the interests of the visual amenity of the locality. |
| 3. | The maximum number of caravans to be displayed on the site at any one time shall not exceed five (5).

| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of Policy TR14 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
