1.This permission expires on 12th April 2018 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the stable building shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
2.The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by the occupiers of the dwelling known as 3 Hobland Cottages The reason for this condition is:- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted by the Local Planning Authority and to retain control over the use of the site.
3.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of policy NNV20 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
