1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The premises shall be used for construction skills training in accordance with the details contained in the applicant's letter of 20th February 2013 and shall not be used for any other purpose (including any other purpose within Class D1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or in any provision equivalent to that class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that order with or without modification) without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To allow the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the building. |
3. | The flood response plan submitted with the application shall be made available to future users of the site by means of a fixed notice within the building prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted. The reason for the condition is :- To minimise the risk to users of the site in the event of flooding. |
4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policy EMP10 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
