| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the plan (Drawing No. 285:02 Rev B) received by the Local Planning Authority on 12th February 2013 and in accordance with the amended plan (Drawing No. 285:001 Rev C) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26th February 2013. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site in accordance with the approved plan. |
| 2. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicant is reminded of the requirement to fully comply with Condition Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Planning Permission 06/11/0513/F dated 30th September 2011. In respect of Condition Nos. 4 and 7 of the aforementioned planning permission, Drawing No. 285:001 Rev C shall be substituted for Drawing No. 3/A/B. The applicant's attention is also drawn to the advisory notes (Nos. 1 and 2) of the aforementioned planning permission. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policies HOU7 and HOU15 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
