1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development hereby permitted shall carried out entirely in accordance with the details shown on the application forms, agents letter and plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 4th February 2013. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The additional accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used by the occupiers of Five Acres (adjacent), or their dependants, and shall not be used as a separate dwelling or let separately for holiday purposes. The reason for the condition is:- This permission is granted in exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted by the Local Planning Authority to retain control of the site which outside an area zoned for residential purposes.
