The Great Yarmouth Borough Council hereby give notice in pursuance of the provisions of the South Denes Local Development Order that the development as described above and stated in the Self Certification Form, plans (Job No. 16275 Drawing No. 400 to 407) and Flood Risk Management Form received by the Great Yarmouth Borough Council on 28 January 2013, is considered to conform with the provisions of the order subject to full compliance with the conditions of the Order, the South Denes Design Code and supporting guidance. The development must be begun by the 1 April 2022 to comply with the Local Development Order.
