| 1. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the details submitted on the application form, Design & Access Statement and plans received on 8th November 2012. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The property shall be used solely as a supervised hostel providing accommodation for young people aged between 16 to 25 only, and shall not be used for any other form of residential accommodation without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that sufficient, suitable accommodation is available for vulnerable young people. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of policy HOU23 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan. |
