| 1. | The annexe approved under planning permission 06/03/0937/F shall only be used by the occupiers of the adjoining dwelling (Stokesby House) or their dependents or by someone involved in the care of Mrs P Minett. At no time shall the annexe be sold, leased or occupied independently from the main dwelling or be let separately for holiday purposes, nor shall the common ownership or occupation of the annexe and main dwelling be severed. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development which has been permitted to meet a specific personal need and where the occupation of the annexe as a separate dwelling would be contrary to Policy regarding new dwellings in the countryside. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The variation of the condition is granted to allow for the care of Mrs P Minett whilst she is in occupation of Stokesby House. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
