| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be catrried out entirely in accordance with the details shown on the Design and Access Statement, application forms and plans 547/15F (site layout plan), 547/5 (3 bed semi-detached) received by the Local Planning Authority 0n 16th October 2012. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The site has the benefit of a planning approval and an allocation for residential development in the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. The Local Planning Authority considers that the details hereby approved subject to the above conditions comply with Policy HOU5 and HOU9 of the Local Plan. |
