| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the plan (Drawing No. 2208/1 Rev D) received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st November 2012.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site in accordance with the approved plan. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 ( or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows or openings, other than those shown on the approved plan, shall be inserted into the extension without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any extensions to the dwellings in the interests of residential amenity. |
