| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and plans (Drawing Nos. NW0089/00/Rev01, CTS0187/01/Rev00 and E009343/1/Rev01) received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd October 2012, and thereafter retained in accordance with these approved plans.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory appearance of the site. |
| 2. | The associated street furniture (bollards) shall be erected on the private forecourt a minimum of 100mm behind the highway boundary. Please contact the Norfolk County Council's Highway Boundaries Team on 01603 222793 or by email at highway.boundaries@norfolk.gov.uk who will be able to advise with respect to the highway boundary in this location.

| 3. | The illumination around the perimeter of the "Large 5884 FTU Sign" indicated on Drawing No. E009343/1/Rev01 shall not be illuminated during the hours of 9pm to 7am on the following morning and works to vary the installation in order to operate the lighting within the above time contraints shall be carried out within one month of the date of this Planning Permission. The installation shall thereafter be maintained to operate during the above mentioned time period.

| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of Policy BNV18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |

This proposal involves excavations adjacent to the public highway. It is an OFFENCE to carry out any works that may affect the Public Highway, which includes a Public Right of Way, without the permission of the Highway Authority. Please note that it is the applicants' responsibility to ensure that, in addition to planning permission, any necessary consents or approvals under the Highways Act 1980 and the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 are also obtained from the County Council.
