| 1. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by 'The Den Life Changes' and when the property ceases to be occupied by them the use hereby permitted shall cease and the property shall revert to use as a single dwelling house (Class C3). The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted for a change of use not normally permitted in a residential property and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of Class D1 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the property, whilst it is occupied by 'The Den Life Changes', shall only be used as a non-residential educational/training establishment. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal provides a useful community facility for the surrounding area. |
