1.	The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr & Mrs D Halford and is limited to their occupancy of the property. At the end of the period and when the premises cease to be occupied by Mr & Mrs Halford the use hereby permitted shall cease and it shall revert to the previous guest house use unless an application for the extension of the use as a House in Multiple Occupation is submitted. The reason for the condition is :- In order to retain control over and review the need for the development which is of a type which could become detrimental to the amenities of the locality if granted permanent consent.
2.	REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of policy HOU23 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan.
