1.	In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority the proposed extension is considered to be contrary to criterion B of policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan as, by virtue of the height, depth and positioning of the extension in relation to adjacent properties, it would constitute an unneighbourly form of development that would be detrimental to the existing amenities of such residents by reason of overshadowing, loss of light and detrimental impact on the visual amenities of the area.
