| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out entirely in accordance with the details shown on the application forms and plans (excluding 7019 09 revA) received by the Local Planning Authority 27th July 2012 and on drawing 7019 08BA09 revB received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th September 2012.

| 3. | Means of vehicular access to and egress from the development shall be derived from and to C603 High Road and notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (GenerealPermitted Development) Order 1995 no vehicular access shall be formed onto Back Lane without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.

| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
The applicant is reminded of the need to comply fully with the requirements of conditions 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 11 of planning permission 06/11/0704/O in conjunction with the development hereby permitted.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the works indicated on drawing 7019/07/A will require the grant of express planning permission for the works to form a viewing deck or the standing of a marquee in the grounds of the Care Home. |
| 5. | Prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted precise details of the type and colour of the materials and finishes to be used in the external surfaces of the dwellings and details of the surfacing of the access road and turning areas hereby permitted shall be submitted to and agreed with the Local Planning Authority and all works shall be carried out in accordance with such details as may be agreed.
The reason for the condition is:-
Precise details of the materials to be used have not been submitted as a part of the application and in the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
