| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plan (Drawing No. 10/44/1 D) received by the Local Planning Authority on 1st June 2012 and also in accordance with the following plans and document: Drawing No. 10/44/2; the Arboricultural Implications Assessment and Tree Protection Plan (in particular the Method Statement) and accompanying plan (Drawing No. 1118/01 Arb); Canham Consulting Plan 'Foul and Surface Water Drainage Layout' (Drawing Nos. 18662 302P4 and 302P2) received by the Local Planning Authority on 18th April 2011. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permission relates to the correct documents. |
| 2. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Applicant is reminded of the need to comply fully with the requirements of Condition Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and the Highways Informative Note of Planning Permission No. 06/11/0246/D dated 13th June 2011; and with the requirements of Condition Nos. 2, 6 and 9 of outline Planning Permission No. 06/07/0603/O dated 9th October 2008. |
