| 1. | The caravans and site facilities shall only be used during the period from 7th February in any year to 7th January in the following year.
The reason for the condition is :-
The site is within an area where the Local Planning Authority intend that caravans shall only be used for holiday accommodation. |
| 2. | The caravans, both mobile and static, shall be occupied for holiday purposes only and shall not be occupied as a person's sole or main residence.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that caravans are restricted to holiday use only and not used as permanent residential accommodation and to ensure that the highway network is adequate to cater for the development hereby permitted. |
| 3. | The owners/operators shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all owners/occupiers of individual caravans and of their main home addresses, and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the caravans for holiday accommodation in an area where permanent residential accommodation would not normally be permitted. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The extension of the period of operation of the holiday park is in accordance with Policies TR1 and TR2 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
