1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing Nos. VRCH/10A, VRCH/11C, VRCH/12B and VRCH/14. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permission relates to the correct documents.
3.No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the materials have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted.
4.The bedroom extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied until space has been laid out within the site and demarcated in accordance with Drawing No. VRCH/14 for seven cars to be parked and for vehicles to turn so they may enter and leave the site in forward gear, and that area shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking and manoeuvring of vehicles. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring area in the interests of highway safety.
5.The bedroom extension hereby permitted shall not be occupied until car park spaces Nos. 6 and 7 and the extension to the existing driveway/turning area shown on Drawing No. VRCH/14 have been drained and surfaced in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety.
6.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal is consistent with Policy BNV10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
