| 1. | Within three months of the date of this permission, the acoustic barrier shall be installed to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority, in compliance with the specifications required under Condition No. 3.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the neighbouring properties. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the plan and elevation received by the Local Planning Authority on 18th June 2012.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site.

| 3. | Notwithstanding Condition No. 2, the acoustic barrier shall be constructed so as to provide sound attenuation against external noise, not exceeding 43dB(A) Leq 5 mins at the boundary with 6 Prospect Place, Black Street, Winterton when measured at the closest point to the chiller units and retained in compliance with this condition thereafter.

| 4. | No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the materials have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal, with the implementation of the specifications required under Condition No. 3, meets the criteria of Policies SHP8 and BVN10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
