| 1. | The pinnacle/roof on tower 1 as indicated on the submitted plans shall not exceed 4 metres in height to the top of the roof (including any fenestration). If the roof is to be dual pitch the apex shall be constructed to run from north to south. The reason for the condition is :- In order to maintain the visual amenities of neighbouring residents. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the submitted plans the roof on tower No.2 shall be rotated through 90 degrees to allow the apex run from north to south. These works shall be carried out no later than 30th September 2012 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the local planning authority. The reason for the condition is :- To mitigate the visual impact on any adjacent neighbours and their current outlook. |
