| 1. | The premises shall not be open for business outside the following hours :-
8am to 8pm - Mondays to Fridays
8am to 1pm - Saturdays
The premises shall not be open for business on Sundays or Bank Holidays
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of nearby properties. |
| 2. | This permission expires on 6th June 2013 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the hours of opening of the business shall revert to those permitted in Condition No. 4 of Planning Permission 06/11/0592/CU dated 9th November 2011.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the opening hours of the business until the effects of the increased length of the opening hours have been experienced, in the interest of the residential amenities of occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 3. | The reception of the deceased and visits by relatives to the Chapel of Rest outside of the hours specified in Condition No. 1 shall be logged and recorded and maintained for inspection on demand by the Local Planning Authority. The log shall include the time, reason and number of visitors to the premises.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to allow assessment of the level of activity associated with the use of the premises outside the permitted hours of operation and the impact upon the residential amenity of occupiers of dwellings in the locality. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of Policies EMP17 and EMP18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
