| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | No demolition of the extensions referred too in this application shall take place until such time as a contract has been let for the conversion of 10/12 Sandown Road into twelve self contained apartments. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the appearance of the building and the Conservation Area. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for development affecting buildings in a Conservation Area as set out in Policy BNV10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
