| 1. | This permission expires on 30th June 2013 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and the land returned to its former condition.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 the land shall not be used for organised motorcyling events and no public address system installed without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the amenities of the ocupiers of nearby residential property. |
| 3. | The use hereby permitted shall not take place for more than a maximum of five hours in any seven day period and for no more than one hour each day and shall take place only between the hours 10.30 to 19.00hrs on Mondays to Saturday and Sundays 10.30 to 15.30 hours.

In order to minimise the impact of the proposed use in the interests of residential amenity. |
| 4. | A maximum of 6 motorcycles shall be used on the track at any one time.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to reduce the impact of the use on the occupiers of nearby residential properties. |
| 5. | The existing earth bund surrounding the site shall be maintained to its current height for the duration of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to ensure operation of the track does not allow excessive noise to impact on the amenities of the nearby occupiers of residential property. |
| 6. | The start position for the motorcycles using the track shall be situated at the furthest point from noise sensitive property (dwelling).
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to minimise the potential for disturbance when vehicles are starting off. |
| 7. | The operation of the motorcycle track shall be logged and recorded and maintained by the applicant for inspection on demand by the Local Planning Authority. The log shall include the number of motorcycles operating during any period of use.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to allow assessment of the level of activity associated with the use of the premises outside the permitted hours of operation and the impact upon the residential amenity of occupiers of dwellings in the locality.

| 8. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal, subject to conditions, is considered acceptable for a temporary period to comply with the requirements of policy REC 13 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
