| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and plan (Drawing No. 713/1) received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd January 2012.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site in accordance with the approved plan. |
| 3. | No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the materials have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted. |
| 4. | The barn hereby permitted shall be used for the storage of agricultural implements and/or animal husbandry only, in conjunction with the adjoining agricultural land.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the barn is not used as domestic storage in connection with the adjoining dwelling but is kept available for use in conjunction with agriculture. |
| 5. | Before the development is commenced a scheme of planting and landscaping shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the planting of trees and shrubs shall be carried out in accordance with the scheme as approved within 6 months of the approval. Any trees and shrubs so planted which dies within 3 years shall be replaced within one year by the applicants or their sucessors in title.

| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of Policy NNV3 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
