| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and plan (Drawing No. 333/1 Rev D) received by the Local Planning Authority on 23rd December 2011. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the development of the site in accordance with the approved plan. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
