1.	The proposed access, on-site car and cycle parking and turning areas shall be provided and surfaced and drained in accordance with the details shown on drawing no: NG 11_59-300 Rev P1 within six months of the first occupation of the new building. The parking and turning areas shall be retained thereafter available for those specific uses. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the permanent availability of the parking and turning areas.
