In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority the proposed extensiondoes not accord with the provisions of policies HOU18 & BNV18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan as, by virtue of its scale and relationship with the boundaries at the front of the property, it would not enhance the the form and character of the settlement and would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the area as it would have an overbearing and dominant effect within the immediate streetscene.
